Corners and spine ends are a bit bumped and the spine is a bit faded. The map is partly loose. Foxing on the half-title, the title page and in the catalogue with ads from the publisher (the last 40 pages). The back end-paper is a bit darkened. Brown speckle in the lower margin on pp. 2-10, and a small brown speckle in the inner margin of pp. 126-131. Owner's signature: "Ethel Cowak / November 1897". First edition. Hard to find.
